VIP Subscription Service Automatic Payment Authorization Agreement

Introduction
This Agreement is entered into between you (the “User”) and [YISEASON TRADING CO., LIMITED] (“we” or “us”) regarding payment authorization for the VIP subscription service. By checking “Agree,” you:
① Confirm awareness that we will securely store your payment card information;
② Authorize us to initiate merchant-initiated transactions (MIT) as agreed;
③ Accept all terms of this Agreement.
Important Notice: This Agreement complies with Visa/Mastercard international card network rules and PCI DSS payment security standards.

Section 1: Service Details

  1. Payment Authorization
    ◦ You authorize us to store and use your credit card as the payment method for subscription activation.
  2. Subscription Fee
    ◦ Fixed fee: USD 9.99/month (exclusive of taxes; taxes calculated separately at applicable rates).
  3. Service Benefits
    ◦ Upon successful monthly payment, an automatic 20%-off VIP store coupon (valid for 30 days) will be issued;
    ◦ Access to exclusive discounted products (access link delivered via registered email).

Section 2: Payment Rules

  3. Information Management
    ◦ You may terminate subscription anytime via Account Center; payments cease immediately upon termination.

Section 5: Refunds & Dispute Resolution

    ◦ If coupon used, equivalent cash value deducted (e.g., 20%-off coupon saved $2 → refund $7.90);
    ◦ Processing period: 3-7 business days (refunded via original payment channel).

Section 6: Subscription Cancellation

  1. Cancellation Methods
    ◦ Self-service: Disable “auto-renewal” toggle in Account Center;
    ◦ Email request: Send “Cancel VIP Subscription + [Registered Phone/Email]” to support email.
  2. Effective Rules
    ◦ Processed within 3 business days;
    ◦ If cancellation requested ≤3 days before the next payment date, pending payment will proceed (refundable per Section 5).

Section 7: Miscellaneous

  1. Governing Law
